Guillermo Rimoldi
Guillermo Rimoldi has over thirty-five years’ experience with some of the largest private and public sector companies in Argentina including Exiros (Techint) and Aerolineas Argentinas. He has extensive experience in the development and realization of international supply chains including included transport operator identification, contract negotiation, logistics process design, management of union interactions and service evaluation and monitoring.
Guillermo has developed and implemented supply chains for the Vaca Muerta shale oil and gas formation in southern Argentina, working with companies such as Tecpetrol, CGC and YPF to help them understand the unique operating and geographic constraints of Argentina including union engagement, capacity building, process optimization and cost reduction.
Guillermo has a passion for capacity building and has engaged with all levels of the organizations he has worked with, from individual transport operators to senior management and the general public ensuring new practices are understood and embraced.
