The brochure includes an illustrative case study showing how energy management programs, Monitoring (MBCx) and Retro (RCX) commissioning and  renewables can deliver cost-effective GHG reduction.

Climate Physical Risk Assessments, Aug 2024

Climate Physical Risk Assessments are part of reporting frameworks including the SEC's  Climate Risk Reporting Rule, the EU's  CSRD &  and the state of California’s Senate Bill 253. This tool is designed to act as an affordable data driven preliminary screening tool for organizations who wish to understand the potential physical hazards climate change may present.  

Dr Alejandra Efrón participated in the 4th plenary meeting of the SETO project in Bordeaux (France), contribution to the development of a one-click-away platform designed to facilitate the smart enforcement of transportation regulations.

We are pleased to announce the upcoming 18th International Symposium on Heavy Vehicle Transport & Technology (HVTT18). Join us at HVTT18 to tackle current challenges in the development of S2MART road freight transport systems, ensuring they are Sustainable, Safe, Modern, Adaptable, Resilient, and Trustworthy. This four-day collaborative event will be hosted by the Université Laval, located in historic Québec City, Canada, from May 26 to 29, 2025. 

Dr Alejandra Efrón has been invited to be part of the Advisory Board of the Smart Enforcement of Transport Operations (SETO) project. SETO is a project funded by the European Union under the Horizon 2020 Programme. The SETO Consortium is composed of 14 partners from seven European Countries which bring together a wide variety of expertise and know-how from all stages of the transportation value chain .

Water Pumping System ESPC Development, April 2023

The United States Trade & Development Agency (USTDA) contracted Resource Mobilization Advisors (RMA) to develop and deliver A Request for Proposal for an ESPC for El Salvador’s national water utility Administración Nacional de Acueductos y Alcantarillados (ANDA). BrAle Consulting developed the engineering elements of the Terms of Reference and delivered the Preliminary Energy Assessment for the 20 water pumping stations.



The government of the state of Victoria in Australia awarded AU$ 300,000 to the OASIS project. This innovative project will use anaerobic digestion and aquaculture technologies to treat separated food waste, with the resulting by-product used as nutrients for growing spirulina for human consumption and duckweed for animal consumption. BrAle Consulting prepared the grant application and will act as the project manager.

The 17th biennial symposium, HVTT17, will take place from 21st May to 25th May 2023 in Brisbane Australia. We look forward to participating and seeing you there.

On 27 January 2022, Conference of European Directors of Roads (CEDR) and PIARC - The World Road Association  jointly organized a webinar to share knowledge and experiences on Intelligent Access Policies for Road Freight Transport with experts from all over the world. Dr. Alejandra Efrón participated as a panelist sharing here experience of Intelligent Access Policies in Latin America.

This article, coauthored by Bod Pearson & published in the October 2021 issue of Prime Mover magazine in Australia, describes the different implementation strategies employed by governments in Latin America over the last ten years.

The 16th biennial symposium, HVTT16, will take place on September 4-7th, 2021 in Qingdao, China. The symposium will be held in a hybrid form with both in-person and on-line attendance options available. We believe that it will be of great interest to everyone who is engaged in heavy vehicle transport & technology to visit China and to see the progress in the Chinese transport and logistics systems with fascinating innovations in a broad range of areas.
